HarrisData believes in offering clients the lowest TCO with the highest associated value possible in the industry.

A recent article from Joshua Greenbaum at EAC reignited passion around the topic of enterprise software implementations and the implications it has on companies and their employee’s livelihood.

What fired things up for me was this quote from the article, Most importantly, I know that all too many project managers on both SI and vendor service provider teams are still proceeding as they did in the on-premise world, fighting against transparency and accountability with every weapon they have at their disposal.”

Here’ a few thoughts to ponder;

Provide an offering that has the accountability factors built in with tools/dashboards used in stand-ups and sprints.

With sprints, sprint reviews, and stand-ups you can enjoy full transparency.

Allow the client to control their implementation spend and associate it with value.

Implementations must be minimally disruptive to our client's business.

They get to decide on the minimum solution to advance their business.

They get to choose how to build upon it with Continuous Improvement.

Provide them a Collaborative Development option that removes the need for customization to the core software code.

Who needs a SI ecosystem around their software if it is easy to implement and it works?

The article of reference encapsulates the essence of why HarrisData created HD Vitality and what has always made HarrisData different.

HarrisData believes in offering clients the lowest TCO with the highest associated value possible in the industry.
